シンガポールで訪問するジャンボシーフード。 バンコクに出店していたので、初訪問。 蟹は、サイズ感も有り立派でした。 本場と比較すると、少し違うのが残念です。. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿2,000+

バンコク滞在する時、必ず、ランチに来ていましたが、こらからは、リピートないです。ホール担当の教育プログラムの低さに愕然としました。本店は、シンガポールにありますが、当然、シンガポールの利用しないです。教育プログラムは、店舗全体展開が妥当と受け止めてます。の評価は、マイナス評価です。出てけと言わんばかりの店舗にマイナス評価は、過去の総合評価です。 個人的には、残念ですけど、リピート価値がない店舗に格下げです。. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200

Extremely disappointing experience at Jumbo Seafood ICONSIAM. Honestly, below average — especially for the prices and the reputation of the brand. The service was shocking. Our waiting staff were terribly inattentive, and we felt noticeably overlooked while attention seemed to be focused on Thai and Chinese customers around us. We had to ask several times just for cutlery and utensils for the crab. Even our drinks arrived in drips and drabs — two people got theirs, then the third, and eventually the fourth. The biggest disappointment was the iconic Singapore chilli crab. The crab arrived cold, yet strangely the buns were piping hot. For what you pay for this dish, that is simply unacceptable. The crab itself was tasty, which was probably the only saving grace. Credit where it’s due: the managers were great and tried to assist, but unfortunately they couldn’t rescue the overall experience. They even gave us the crab costumes to wear to cheer us up… We’ve eaten Jumbo Seafood in Singapore and loved it, so we came here expecting something similar. This was nowhere close. For such an iconic restaurant in a world-class mall like ICONSIAM, both the food and service were shockingly poor. Sadly, after this experience, I understand the negative reviews.
