The auntie/store owner was extremely rude. I bought some food and asked for it to be packed for takeaway. After that, she started hard-selling me her other pastries and telling me about her catering services. I honestly don’t mind businesses promoting their products, but while she was talking, I looked at my phone for about 3 minutes at most before looking back up, and she clearly seemed unhappy about it. When my food was ready, she passed it to me without a lid even though I had already asked for takeaway. She didn’t hand it over normally either, she lightly threw it onto the table in front of me. I then asked for a lid, and she responded, “Oh, you want cap ah?” before going to get one and throwing that towards me as well. Promoting your business is completely fine, but customers should not be expected to stand there and give their full attention to a sales pitch after they have already made a purchase. If you want people to support your business, basic courtesy and customer service should come first. Service: 1

Relaxing cafe with wonderful green views. We came at 4PM for late lunch and had some yummy lasagna (unfortunately the lady proprietor’s highly recommended healthy bowl usually sells out by 3PM). Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice atmosphere for lunch as the cafe is open concept with many natural lighting. Very clean feeling unlike other canteens in NTU (ESPECIALLY QUAD). Food wise taste average like your salad bowl and a little pricey for portion. Good for eating there, if take away, can consider other places.
