Popped in on their 1st day back opening after covid, menu was limited as only just opened but very nice food, we had chicken tacos, thai pizza and cheese quesadilla. All great meals, lovely cocktails, friendly staff and such a nice owner who we chatted with for a while. Currently 30% off so worked out super cheap. Id go back and eat even with no discount

We reviewed the review posted by a Customer last week. We acknowledge his issues and continue to improve our processes and service. Jungle Cafe has been in operation for a little over 1 month. With respect to the delays, we serve many Customers and English is not the first language of many of our Servers---they are working to broaden their English knowledge; however, we are guest in Thailand and Thai is the first language; Second, as we recall, we acknowledged the delay, boxed up the meal for take away after we removed the item from the ticket, and we reduced the ticket by 20%. Come experience the Jungle Cafe Koh Phangan, there is a 100% satisfaction promise. And, our Management walking the floor ask all Customers---if they have ANY issues with the food, send it back, or issues with the Service. We serve hundreds of Customers from around the world.
