One of the best salads in HK,use to be simple and no fuss but more computer service now. Best to order your salad selection from Website then collect, they've removed the salad counter to choose from

Come early for a better selection. The 'Vegetarian Thanksgiving' with balsamic is particularly tasty — squash, cranberries and beans!
