Ever since the old uncle retired, it was taken over by two younger people and the lady serving is not friendly and approachable. As much as I love the bakes, I am deterred by the lady’s customer service approach. I got a snide remark for not being clear enough. If you want to enter the customer facing industry, just don’t spoil someone’s day from the start. Nobody is asking for anything more. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Satisfying bread! Highly recommend the char siew bun, cream cheese, tuna, 手撕包, were all tasty. Generous fillings and the bun is good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
