I tried the Truffle Flavoured Mushroom Balls today. Yum, Yummy, Yummiest! The crust is cushy with just the right amount of crisp. The inside... is creamy and generously filled with mushrooms. The coleslaw and fries go nicely with the balls too. Nice!

Exploring what's new at Timbre+ and passed by the Juz Ballz at the end of a corner lane. Been approached by a young guy from there with his introduction of their menu, I decided to have a try of this newly opened truck stall. I've selected the All Day Breakfast - all in all is good combination of some nice stuffs, like crispy beacon, scramble eggs, French fries, etc. A decent dish where certainly there are rooms for improvement. I talked to a waitress there and shared some of my positive feedback and hope she can share with their team later. I hope I can come back sometimes later to Timbre+, and try this stall again.
