On Saturday 28/3/26, I went to your outlet at Woodlands Rise Blk 785E at about 5pm to buy a waffle. When I told the woman on duty, one kaya waffle. She kept quiet for a while and then told me 'no more'. I asked her 'Sold out?'. She said yes. I don't believe that your waffles were sold out by evening. Then on 31/3/26 at about 10.45am, I went there again and this time told the same woman on duty, one waffle with kaya and one with ham and cheese. She collected from me $5.50. From the prices displayed, kaya waffle is $2.50 and ham & cheese $3.00. But to my disappointment, when I reached home both waffles turned out to be kaya waffles. This staff member lacks customer service and attention to details. Such simple tasks yet could not do it well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $1–10

Your shop at 785E woodland rise, Your PRC lady staffs very rude to customers . Is either she had a bad day or she just like as if we Owen her money. Take note that she is still working in your shop and in Singapore ,maybe you didn't bother about customer service towards your customer. So many bad reviews regarding your PRC lady staff and still she has not change. I wonder if our reviews are taken seriously , cos she still working there????? Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
