Unfortunately due to problems with the mall operator, this food outlet is closing from 15 April 2026. Once this shop closes, there is basically not much left in this mall. Dead except maybe for 2 or 3 shops. The rest? It’s game over time. Very wide range of tze char at fair prices.Won’t burn a hole in your pocket dining here. Plenty of seating in a clean aircon environment. I think if you use Grab pay got $$ discounts but please check on site. Tested a number of dishes over past 2 or more years, and we were satisfied with quality and price. Curry fish head, steamed fish, crabs (chilli/black pepper both good and tasty), hot plate bean curd, prawns (various styles), veggies (various styles), fried rice/noodles (various styles, we like the hokkien noodles), claypot noodles (my wife likes), prawn paste chicken, etc. I think they occasionally have crab and lobster promotions so you get pretty good prices for those. I always miss them or out of stock. Have only ordered at regular prices but even then is still very reasonable. Mostly good experiences. Minor issues like a few persistent flies (!!!) and very strict with outside foods (but hey they running a business). Overall always a good dining outcome with fair price. It’s not Michelin grade so don’t be ridiculous but your stomach won’t be unhappy. After eating can go ToastBox for coffee and tea or out of the mall to nearby Queensqay shopping centre or IKEA or Anchorpoint. Make full use of your free 2hrs parking. No.photos to share. Just normal good food and environment. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Not sure. Unlikely. Best to call and check if really needed. Food is definitely above average as compared to zichar in hawker and coffeeshop..there is no lousy dish, given that i am a picky eater..i hope the biz there will be better given the poor crowd over wkend. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $1–10

My wife and I, with our 2 neighbours, had a very nice dinner here yesterday evening. It was the first time for all 4 of us, trying the food here. And we all found that it was very good and very reasonably priced. We ordered 2 Butter Crabs, a Fish Head Curry, a Hotplate Venison, a Bitter Gourd Omelet and some Green Dragon Vegetables - and I highly recommend the Fish Head Curry and the Hotplate Venison, whereas the crab for the price that we paid was more than satisfactory. I also want to commend the service here, especially by the young lady who took our order most patiently and who served the various dishes to our table most professionally. If you are looking for a good zi char place in an air-conditioned mall, I highly recommend Juz Eat.
