這是我第四次造訪清邁。受限於時間，這次選擇了一個人的獨旅。在規劃行程時，被「笑聲很魔性的Rin」與老闆 Jane 的有趣互動影片吸引，便毫不猶豫地將 Kafei Ruean Thai Coffee 列入必去清單。 今天親自到訪，在 Jane 流利的英、中雙語協助下（我那惡補的泰文真的還難以見人@@），點了牛肉細湯麵與柳橙美式咖啡： 牛肉湯麵： 湯頭鮮甜甘醇，非常道地。 橙汁咖啡： 咖啡與柳橙的比例拿捏得恰到好處，味道令人驚艷。 特別喜歡餐廳旁邊飲料店的空間佈置。餐後點杯飲料，不趕時間，就這樣坐著聽蟲鳴鳥叫、襯著餐廳播放的泰語歌。這份悠閒與自在，正是來到清邁旅行的真諦。 這裡離雨林市集（Chamcha Market）騎車只需 2 分鐘，真心推薦給喜歡安靜氛圍的朋友！. This marks my fourth visit to Chiang Mai, and due to a tight schedule, I’m traveling solo this time. While planning my trip, I stumbled upon a video featuring Rin's infectious laughter and her fun interactions with Jane, the owner. That’s how Kafei Ruean Thai Coffee ended up on my must-visit list. Visiting today was a treat. Thanks to Jane’s fluent English and Mandarin (saving me from my own confusing attempts at Thai!), I enjoyed a bowl of beef noodle soup and an Orange Americano. Beef Noodles: The broth was incredibly flavorful and authentic. Orange Americano: A refreshing and surprising combination that I highly recommend. I fell in love with the decor of the beverage area next door. It’s the perfect spot to grab a drink after a meal, slow down, and just listen to the cicadas and local Thai music. To me, this effortless relaxation is the true purpose of visiting Chiang Mai. Location Tip: It’s only a 2-minute scooter ride from Chamcha Market. Highly recommended!
