Me and my father both came from Ireland, originally Polish, to visit Singapore and specifically China town. We came across this lovely, small, but warming restaurant where a girl brought us in with her enthusiastic attitude to help us try all the best sea food they had as that was mine and my fathers goal. She was so bubbly and so kind hearted and an amazing help to us. We came during the late hours where we ended up having a pleasure to meet the most kind-hearted manager, Thomas, who sat with us talking about life, comparing different countries and helping me realise to be careful about some of the places I want to visit This man by far has been the most authentic person we’ve yet met which is rare to meet people like that these days. He was so wholesome, understanding, and the kindest person I’ve came across by with my father so far in this trip. The food there was amazing so fresh and fulfilling and very big portion sizes that I could give 10 stars if I had the option to. I 100% recommend visiting this restaurant for its kindness and the incredible atmosphere we got to experience on our last day in Singapore. Authentic Dongbei Chinese cuisine with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. My favorite: cucumber jellyfish, fresh, crunchy, and perfectly balanced with savoury and slightly sweet flavors. Their service was excellent. A great place for gatherings. But our food took over 30 minutes to arrive, so the waiting time was quite long. Overall it’s a good place for authentic Chinese food if you don’t mind waiting. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Yes, there are. Dietary restrictions: Non-halal.
