Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. There were only a few customers when we visited, but many of the tables were still dirty with chicken crumbs and hadn't been wiped down. There was no Original Recipe chicken available, so we had to wait about 20 minutes while they cooked a fresh batch. I didn't mind the wait, but when the food arrived, we were served wings and breast pieces that were very dry. The fries were also cold and dry, and we had to ask for a fresh serving. The restroom was another letdown. The trash bin was overflowing with used tissues, making it feel unclean and poorly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness of both the dining area and the restroom needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, this experience wasn't worth coming back for, and I don't plan on visiting this branch again.
