I was quite shocked by the noticeable drop in the restaurant’s standards. The table was visibly dirty, with greasy stains and clear wipe marks, and the chairs had a lot of dust and hair on them. Placemats were not provided for everyone at the table, and when we asked for more, the staff seemed confused. The service overall was very disappointing. When we asked to have the table cleaned again, it was done reluctantly, with visible signs of annoyance. The staff came across as unhappy and disengaged.
