I ordered a meal set for two which clearly included drumsticks, but the pieces provided were not drumsticks. I informed the staff and requested a replacement, but no replacement or explanation was given. In addition, very few napkins were provided — only one at first and one more after asking, which is not sufficient for two people. Overall the service felt careless. I hope the store can improve order accuracy and basic customer service. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I ordered 2 meal sets (for 2 people), but I received only 1 tissue, which was not sufficient. I have visited many branches before and have never received so few tissues. Please kindly look into this matter and improve the service. Thank you. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
