Communication was very difficult and very difficult to connect with someone. When food finally arrived , it was not warm and an item was forgotten. Over forty five minutes past the indicated time for delivery. And that is why the food was cold when delivered. Very difficult to communicate with customer service, and when I finally got in touch with someone , they hang up on me. I would not recommend ordering online from KFC. I haven't ever had such poor service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great stop for a quick, reliable meal while shopping at Lotus Rama. This KFC outlet delivers exactly what you expect from the brand, with a few local touches that make it even better. *Food & Service:* The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh out of the fryer. Portions were generous and the taste was spot on - same KFC flavor we love. Service was fast and friendly, even during the lunch rush. Staff handled the queue efficiently and got orders out quickly. *Cleanliness & Ambience:* The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Tables were cleared promptly, floors were tidy, and the dining area felt comfortable for a fast-food spot. It’s a good place to take a break between shopping. *Location:* Super convenient inside Lotus Rama. Easy to find, with plenty of seating. Parking at the mall is straightforward too. Overall, a solid KFC experience. Hot food, quick service, and a clean space. Perfect when you’re craving fried chicken and don’t want to compromise on quality. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
