Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst KFC I Have Ever Encountered I have eaten at KFC restaurants in more than 20 countries and at hundreds — if not thousands — of branches over many decades. Unfortunately, KFC Big C Saphankwai is by far the worst KFC location I have ever experienced. My first order from this branch was a complete disaster. After waiting over an hour and a half, I eventually discovered that the delivery driver had simply left the food on the floor in the condo lobby without informing me. By the time I found it, the food was already cold. Even worse, all the chicken was severely overcooked — dark brown in color as if it had been forgotten in the fryer — and completely inedible. We had no choice but to throw the entire meal away. The Zinger burgers were also crushed flat, as if someone had angrily punched them before packing. Unfortunately, the second experience was almost identical. The app unexpectedly routed my order to this same branch again. Despite ordering the exact same items, we received the exact same terrible outcome: overcooked, dry chicken and badly handled food that had to be thrown away once again. I left a negative review through the app and even emailed KFC directly. I received no response. Today, the app directed me to order from this branch yet again. This time, although the chicken was not overcooked, it had a strange, bitter taste. The entire bag was covered in BBQ sauce, and the food appeared to have been thrown together carelessly and without any quality control. That was the final straw. When we contacted KFC’s call center, they simply asked the branch to call us back. The staff refused to take responsibility and insisted everything was fine when the order left the restaurant. They only offered to replace the burgers that were covered in sauce — not the chicken — which was particularly disappointing given that I had ordered the premium “Suk Lon Jai” set. When we mentioned the previous incidents of severely overcooked chicken, the response was dismissive: they simply acknowledged that it was “probably overcooked,” with no apology or meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. After these repeated negative experiences, ordering from KFC Big C Saphankwai has completely put me off KFC altogether. The terrible food quality and extremely poor customer service have ruined what was once a brand I enjoyed for many years. Based on my extensive experience eating at KFC branches around the world, this is without question the worst KFC restaurant I have ever encountered.
