I visited this KFC branch today and had a disappointing experience. The weather was very hot, but the air conditioning was set to 27°C, which made the restaurant feel uncomfortable. I politely asked the staff if they could lower the temperature, but they said they were unable to change it. In addition, the shop was not clean, and the overall environment did not meet the standard I expected from KFC. I have photos showing the AC temperature and the dirty condition of the place as proof. I hope management will improve cleanliness and customer comfort in the future. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 2 Service: 1
