今まで13カ国旅した中でいちばん汚いケンタッキー(笑)窓が手垢でギトギトだし、ゴミが散乱。掃除する人がいないのか、片付けて帰らないお客さんが悪いのかめちゃめちゃ荒れてた。飲み物ひとつ頼むにも30分くらい待たされ、これはもはやファーストフードではない。 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

Still open. With 35 minutes. Just because they are lazy and want to close. Tell u chicken need to wait 20 minutes, when say ok, can tell u need 30 minutes... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unacceptable experience—zero service and blatant discrimination If I could give zero stars, I would. The service here is non-existent, but worse than that, the staff is openly discriminatory. My mum (A Chinese woman) was totally ignored while waiting for her order. After 10 mins of waiting (while seeing those orders after us got their orders in short), when we asked for our food, the staff asked us with very rude attitude to wait for 10 more mins, which is completely unacceptable and nonsense. They even lied to us just trying to skip our refund. Save your time and your money—go somewhere where everyone is treated with basic human decency. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
