Sad to say that my takeaway meal last night was so bad, I didn't eat it all. My order was 2 wraps, 1 burger, 1 pce original chicken, 1 fries. The fries were nice! The chicken was old, dry and tough in thewraps, burger and the thigh piece. The burger had enough mayonaisse to do 2 or more burgers. It was ordered at around 6pm so I wouldn't expect to be served product that was cooked earlier and not sold. But, that is what it was. Tried to bite the burger and the whole pice of chicken comes out because it was too tough to get my teeth through. I have eaten KFC for many years and in many countires, this is by far the worst! Hopefully management read this and do a bit of training. It is not hard to visually see a piece of chicken that is dried out. I know because I have opened two KFC stores in the past and owned a similar store myself. Managers, any beginner trainee could see this was a bad product before creating the final item, -- do not let this review go to waste. If I was eating in, you would have known about it. Regretably, I'll be back because you are the only KFC for miles around. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Waited 25 minutes for a chicken burger and fries. At this point, I wasn’t sure if they were raising the chicken from birth and harvesting the potatoes by hand in the back. I saw three employees, two chickens, and one guy staring into the fryer like it owed him money. When my food finally arrived, I was so emotionally attached to the number on my receipt I almost invited it to dinner. Burger: Lukewarm. Fries: Confused. Me: Spiritually changed Would I go back? Only if I bring a tent, a book, and maybe a calendar. Thanks for the journey, KFC. I came in hungry, left older. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Take out Price per person: ฿100–200
