Have encountered numerous issues with the takeout service. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait for more than half an hour for my order, only to find that items are missing or improperly packed. When I bring this to the attention of the staff, I am told that compensation will be provided on my next order. Ordering through the Keeta app has been equally disappointing. While I was initially understanding of occasional mistakes, the service was particularly poor. The food was missing from my order, the potatoes in the Chicken a la King rice were uncooked, and the hot honey green tea lacked honey. To customer who wants to go to KFC (Amoy Plaza), I recommend to you go to McDonalds or the branch located in Telford Plaza instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
