Came here around 1:30 pm on a Tuesday and it was full of people and no seating. I had ordered chicken nuggets, fries and two spicy fried chickens. When I ordered on the kiosk, I chose the option to pay at the counter because for whatever reason my bank card and my online app does not allow me to pay at KFC‘s kiosk so when I went to the counter, there was no acknowledgment, no greeting no eye contact, but I was the only person standing there. Then this Thai man and Thai woman came behind me and then and only then there’s someone come up to the counter to address them and they’re standing behind me and the worker is talking to them looking at them looking past me and my money is right there on the counter and the receipt is right there so the person instantly was annoyed by that I’m already waiting. Here’s my stuff then I said thank you and they did not acknowledge my thank you all they said was five minutes but as soon as they started talking to the patriots behind me the whole attitude and demeanor change it was so pleasant with them . I had ordered to dine in but when my food arrived there still was no open seats. So I asked for the food to go because there was no place to DINE IN. The worker quickly was upset by my request. Then when she gave me my food the chicken was ORIGINAL and not spicy fried chicken. Then she became enraged and snatched my food, then threw all my food into the box, grabbed my bbq and napkins and tossed them in the trash. I’m a really calm and kind person and I never talk rude to people. My request were valid and spoken with respect. Crappy service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great food and services. But DONT go at near 9pm. Park at other end of mall, security licks the doors to get out to kfc. Kfc seems stops coming hours earlier and very minimal choices left, or wait 20 min to cook. This place should list and close before, as it is functionally closed and unavailable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Another kfc with no original flavour chicken. Absolutely crazy. Why come to kfc, if they don't serve kfc?! You can get hot spicy fried chicken all over Thailand, why come here.?
