I came by on saturday, I did apologised to the manager (i think) whom attended to me as i tought they missed out one item. Its just a spoon. While looking at my grab food orde. The manager burst out into laugher and said it was Kfc not BK, i however found it rude and disrespectful as both of the staff laugh so loud and to me it grab the attention of everyone. As we were at the counter. Next time please infom the staff in this type of cases. To attend to customer in a polite way rather then making us look stupid and make fun of us in the shop. That is just how i felt. Thank You and have a nice day. Service: 1

Loyal customer of bk. Never look back after i tasted bk against mcdonald. I forgot my order last night after taking free coke after completing bk survey. I come try collect today and to my surprise, one staff, mr azrul understood my situation and returned my order to me. Thanks. I actually never expected this. You can count on me to support bk in coming years. Keep up the good work. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A team of three gentlemen ( that I saw) ran the floor with remarkable poise. At the front counter, the team leader exuded a calm confidence that set the tone for the whole outlet. team moved with a rhythm that was almost graceful—strong, silent, and steady. There was no fluster, no raised voices—just a smooth, unspoken coordination Too often, service crew like them go unnoticed, their contributions overshadowed. To the team at Burger King Kallang Leisure Park—thank you for reminding me that true excellence doesn’t need to shout. Sometimes, it simply shows up, stays steady, and gets the job done.
