KFC here feels like a scam on top of a scam. Every “promotion” is misleading: you think you’re getting a deal, but then you have to pay extra for everything, and in the end you don’t even understand what exactly you bought. On the menu and in the pictures it looks one way, in reality it’s something completely different. For example, what they call a “large fries +20” is basically a normal portion anywhere else. The pricing is confusing, the offers are not transparent, and the value is terrible. You constantly feel like you’re being tricked into paying more for less. On top of that, the ketchup is awful — honestly the worst ketchup I’ve ever had. It tastes cheap, overly sweet, and artificial, and completely ruins whatever you try to dip into it. Overall, bad experience, bad value, and no trust in the brand here. I won’t come back Food: 1
