Staff was excellent. The new kiosk makes ordering for English speakers a lot easier. People with low reviews, its KFC not some fine dinning place. I like that I do not need to SWAT flies from my plates of food as I eat. I also like how its convenient when shopping at Makro. This place kind of reminds me of Costco back in the USA. The food taste the same here as the other 4 KFC locations in Surat so not sure how the ratings are so low. The food shown was the Chinese new year set and lots of food for cheap. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Honestly, really kind customer service, really fresh and hot food, they gave me extra “Smokey chili sauce” for free when I asked. The chicken was fresh, everything was fast, and it’s pretty cheap. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
