I ordered KFC delivery using my pk dual-ticket card this evening. The order was sent out at p6:29, and it showed that it would be delivered before p7:00. I didn't receive any call until about 7:10 p.m. When I opened the app, it showed that the order had been delivered...???? I was full of questions, so I called your restaurant, and a female clerk answered the call. She only answered me coldly: "The delivery man is back, and he said it has been delivered." Then the female clerk stopped talking... .so? I was dumbfounded and speechless!! When I replied to her, I just didn’t receive any meal! What kind of attitude is this? She just said she would ask again. After waiting for a while, he replied that the delivery person had made an error and would deliver it to me again as soon as possible. The point is, the delivery man has already delivered the meal and returned. Where is the meal??? Who was it given to? Hang up the phone. After 5 minutes, your restaurant called me, and a female clerk asked me again, did I really not receive the meal? I replied: No!!!! (After asking me, she hung up... .I'm really... ...speechless.) I'm really wondering what's going on in your restaurant??? Later, around 7:38 p.m., a male delivery boy called and said that the meal had been delivered. I immediately opened the door to get it. I asked the delivery man what his condition was, and he said not to ask. It was a question from the previous delivery man and he couldn't answer it. I find it very strange. I ordered food today. I wanted to know the situation, but I was told not to ask. Is there anything wrong with the food? The delivery person kept saying that they were very busy and worked very hard to deliver the hot meals. He also showed me the photo he took of many people queuing in the restaurant. I'm full of questions! Show me the photo? So you didn't deliver it at first but showed it had been delivered, and you didn't want to express or deal with this oversight. And you want me to accept it? You want me not to ask? Later, even though I didn’t understand it, I told the delivery staff that they had worked hard, but I would still call KFC’s customer service to ask for improvements in service quality and app. As soon as I finished speaking, the delivery man became anxious and suddenly admitted that he was the last delivery man.
