I went to KFC in Lotus to get meat because I had a problem with the Food Panda app, although I had to wait a very long time to get my order, the staff kept reassuring me that my order was getting done and kept giving me an update on the count down time for my order to be ready. They were very friendly and inviting as a farang, and I did not feel out of place. I will definitely recommend them for excellent customer service. From the cashier's taking the order right through to the manager which I met on the day. Thank you! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
