When I'm staying at the family home nearby, everyone loves to come here for a treat. The food is always nice and hot. However, the staff have repeatedly made mistakes with our takeaway orders, on multiple occasions forgetting to add at least one item to the order bag. It is extremely annoying!! I reckon they owe me at least 300 baht for omitted items at this point. There's no chance of me getting it though, of course. It's not company policy.
