I went to KFC for the first time in a while, and honestly, it was such a ridiculous experience. I had already placed my order but wanted to add a drink afterward. The staff told me not to order because they were too busy. I said I just wanted one drink, but they said it didn’t matter — everything comes out in order — so I couldn’t even order it. Then I saw that the person who ordered after me got their food first, even though they said everything comes out in order. After waiting 20–30 minutes, my order still hadn’t come out, so I asked, and they said it was already served. But I had been watching the screen the whole time, and my number never showed up — it was someone else’s number. When I pointed it out, there was no apology; they just said they “must’ve gotten confused.” When I went to ask for a refund, they suddenly handed me the food right away — which made no sense after making me wait that long. They said orders come out in sequence, yet people behind me got theirs first, and even while my friends were already eating, the staff kept arguing like I was mistaken. The service was truly terrible. Whether it was the manager or a part-timer, they seriously need proper training in customer service. I was so upset I couldn’t even eat properly, and because of the delay, I had to rush and ended up with a stomachache. Overall, it was just the horrible experience.
