I love to come punggol KFC. However, everytime I noticed there was a guy inside kept making noise 'mok mok mok' I decided to switch to other outlet to eat. I am not sure what was happening to that staff, perhaps he has some illiness. I hope management can look into it, maybe you rearrange him only in charge inside kitchen instead of outside? Hence, all of us will have a good dining experience. Everytime I want to visit this kfc outlet, i saw that guy outside, I turn away and go eat McDonald's. Food: 5 Service: 1

I came to KFC today for the final day of the promotional event. But the waiter said it was already gone. May I ask why it is like this? You all say there is a 3-day promotion. But today has not come. Why would the company act this way? It seems like it's a scam. Meal type: Dinner
