Chicken tenders (ordered in a wrap) was quite salty. I can tell it's from the breading. Definitely not from the cheese sauce as it was all at one end of the wrap. Tsk. Service was slow plus they forgot to notify my order number on the screen. I was monitoring it while waiting & it was already displaying several order numbers incremental to mine. This prompted me to approach the counter where I myself checked a tray with items consistent with my order and it did have my order number. There were other filled trays there so obviously mine was placed there but they overlooked keying in to display on the notice screen. Haay. Dining tables were not very clean so I had to sanitize mine myself. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

As in the morning I felt like eating scrambled egg. It's quite amazing that it's very quiet & not much people in KFC & wanna try a new item shown on poster - SMOKED HAM & CHEESE FLATBREAD. Looks Great.. But in reality only 40% looks alike.. Eggs in poster looks very full over-flowing but in reality the eggs seems less than 60% than what is shown on poster.. The hashbrown is not oily but it's quite hard seems like fried for many hours, overall only the coffee tasted good. And after almost finished the wrap, don't know why there's a small piece of plastic in the wrap. As I'm quite tired to feedback to cashier staff, so I just write my journal here. And there's sauna feel after sitting a while, don't know why the air-conditioned seems not turn on. Overall the eating breakfast experience in KFC is quite bad. Disappointing experience compared to Novena—poor service and management Visited the Junction 8 branch after the peak dinner rush and unfortunately, the experience fell short. Most of the tables were left uncleaned with crumbs everywhere. Ordering via the self-service kiosk was fine, but the wait time was quite long. When my number was finally called in a big batch, my food wasn't even ready at the counter, and the staff seemed indifferent. The biggest disappointment was the Lil Chicken Meal. I specifically ordered it for the Lil Bucket, but it was handed to me without one. No one bothered to explain until I asked, only to be told it was out of stock. If the kiosk had been updated, I would have chosen a different meal instead of feeling shortchanged. To top it off, I upgraded to cheese fries but wasn't even given a fork to eat them with. Definitely a drop in standard compared to my visit to the Novena outlet a few weeks ago Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
