My wife and I hadn’t eaten KFC in almost three years, so we decided to visit the Nanyang KFC and had a good experience. We were b lessed to have been served by Jenny. She was incredibly patient while we took our time deciding what to order and explained the menu clearly without making us feel rushed. She also kindly let us choose our preferred chicken parts and explained that while it isn’t always possible, she would do her best based on availability. We really appreciated her willingness to accommodate, and her honesty too. The food was delicious as usual, and the warm, friendly service made the experience even better. I am very disappointed. We started queuing around 6:20 PM. After we paid and got a number around 6:40 PM, the cashier told us that the waiting time would be about one hour. Then, around 8:10 PM, the cashier told us that the chicken was out of stock and that we would need to wait until 9:30 PM because they had to borrow some from another store. But why did the other store have stock and could still lend out the chicken? Shouldn't the in-charge have checked the stock balance and estimated demand in time to stop taking orders? Since they knew they were running a good promotion, there were still plenty of people behind me who had already paid and were waiting. Initially, we planned for our whole family to enjoy a KFC dinner this Friday. However, since waiting until 9:30 PM was too late, we couldn't wait. We had no choice but to cancel our order and choose other food. Not only were the parents and kids hungry, our good mood was completely ruined. What a great disappointment! Atmosphere: 1
