one of the most shit experiences ever i wanted to buy some egg tarts and place the order on a tuesday evening at 8.27pm as seen, the screenshot shows the collection timing as 8.42pm, i decided to go there and wait at around 8.35pm i see them clearing other orders from dine in a grabfood but no indication of my order number. one of the front staff acknowledge me and informed that i had to wait 10-15mins, i accepted and walked off to walk in the mall first when i returned at 8.50pm, there was still no egg tarts and this guy in black, whom i assume is the manager, seem to notice me waiting and shouted very loudly to ask “how long more for the egg tarts” to the kitchen staff. there was no response and no updates beyond that. instead, the whole team of at least 5-6 people inside the kitchen and counter, were busy doing pre closing at 9pm and laughing happily! their outlet closes at 10pm and they already are cleaning the warming shelves, the kitchen equipment i approached the manager and asked how long more do i have to wait, he advised that it needs another 15-20mins, because the oven was off and cold, it needed time to warm up!!! at the rate i’m waiting, i would be expecting a freshly baked egg tart since it would be taking 50mins-1hr from a “fast” food place only then did he explain, i ordered 4 egg tarts and only 3 were available. they needed to bake 1 more for my order. if they were not so busy pre closing so early and laughing around, i could have been told this information and left earlier without wasting my time there i just requested to give the 3 egg tarts and refund the last egg tart . and the joke is i needed to wait 14 working days for it. no apologies were done also except for a “sorry” from the manager 1) pre closing done early from maybe 8.30pm 2) no communication done despite them knowing i am waiting 3) egg tart was bad quality as it was not even fresh, probably baked before dinner crowd at 6pm and left to just keep warm since then Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered takeaway for breakfast & lunch. Went slightly later to collect my order. Staff Anthony was worried that I might have forgetten my order. He called to remind me and placed my food in the microwave first. Good service provided by Anthony. He take care of customers well. Thank you. Headed out early to have breakfast at this outlet as there is currently a Grab & Go promo. Encountered a very friendly and polite staff Mr Anthony. As I was seated near to the counter, he asked if the food was good and said he made the twister. He served another elderly customer who seemed to be ordering something for tomorrow's gathering and explained to her very patiently the different food options. This is a great staff who took pride in his work! Great job and thumbs up for Anthony! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
