Ordered the $5.50 Cheesy Tenders Twister Meal expecting a simple, decent meal — but it was honestly quite unacceptable. First, the fries were clearly double-fried — overly hard, dry, and tasted like they had been refried instead of freshly prepared. The wrap was even worse. The tortilla skin was burnt, with large dark patches that gave a bitter taste. Inside, the tenders were overly salty, to the point it overpowered everything else. The whole wrap felt messy and poorly assembled — nothing like what’s advertised. Overall, the meal is low quality and poorly prepared. Even for a budget option, basic food standards like freshness, proper cooking, and seasoning should be met. Very disappointing. Would not return to this outlet unless standards improve. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 34 mins for my order, might have accidentally ordered freshly killed chicken. Drumstick served look like it came off a chick that just hatched. Served me cheese fries with fries that were fried yesterday and left in the freezer overnight. Had enough cheese to dip a whopping 5 fries! Amazing experience, recommended for those with too much time and too little expectations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Small outlet with very minimal staff interaction because ordering is all done at the kiosk. Food was collected in less than 5 minutes but the reason for my low rating is that the chicken had a slight smell to it compared to the ones I’m used to in Malaysia. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
