Very disappointed with this outlet. Tonight I ordered KFC takeaway and paid extra for a Cheese Fries, but it was missing from my order when I got home. This is the second time this outlet has failed to provide a complete order. The first time, six egg tarts were missing from my order. Now another item has been left out again. I expect staff to check orders carefully before handing them over. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve their quality control to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
