I actually like the food items here. The sambal curry chicken burger tasted really amazing with real chicken. The bun is tasty and chewy. The price is reasonable. There are order machines available. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had a fantastic experience at KFC Jewel Singapore, and I must say this outlet truly stands out from the rest across the island. A big shoutout to the store manager, Dean Nguyen, who is easily one of the best managers I’ve encountered. His level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for customers is exceptional. You can clearly see the effort he puts into ensuring everything runs smoothly, from service quality to overall customer experience. The team reflects his leadership as well—efficient, friendly, and well-coordinated. It’s rare to come across such consistently great service, especially in a busy location like Jewel.
