I usually mobile order and do a pick up to avoid waiting. There has been multiple instances where items were missing from my order. I’m not talking about small items like fries or mashed potatoes. My entire wrap was missing, I’m not sure how they can forget the main item like this on multiple occasions. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited this outlet recently and overall had a pretty good experience. The chicken was hot, crispy, and fresh, just what you’d expect from KFC. The place was relatively clean and the staff were polite, even during a busy period. That said, the waiting time can get a bit long during peak hours, and it would be great if order accuracy could be improved as there have been instances of missing items. Still, when everything is done right, the food quality really hits the spot. Would come back again, especially for a quick comfort meal Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Written this after many failed attempts Last time i ordered home delivery it came uncooked chicken. Today is latte they gave me just boiled water I aked replacement so they gave me i will attach photo.. pathetic Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
