I originally wanted to order with code 40426, but the ordering machine showed that there was no such code (but I had eaten at other branches, so I went to the counter to order). After standing there for five minutes, no one came to serve the order (it seemed that no one was there either) I'm sorry), is there such a shortage of manpower or is the staff poorly trained? McDonald's also has ordering machines, but when people order at the counter, there will still be employees to serve them. I don't know if KFC's employees don't know how to adapt or if your business is better than McDonald's I hope the staff will not insist on asking customers to use the ordering machines, otherwise they will ensure that your codes are valid on the ordering machines Service: 1
