One of the things we like to do when travelling to another country is to try the limited edition fast food there. Today we have KFC Taiwan peanut lava zinger burger, maple syrup waffle sandwich and green pepper fried chicken. The peanut lava zinger burger combines the crispy chicken fillet with creamy thick peanut butter, creating a unique mix of savoury, salty and sweet flavour. Strangely good and filling after a few bites. The maple syrup waffle sandwich is 2 pieces of KFC fillet fried chicken used as bun sandwiching the waffle drizzled with maple syrup. Nice contrast of texture between the crispy chicken and soft waffle. Sweet and salty. Indulgent too. The peppery green fried chicken is close to what we get from home in terms of taste and spicyness. This one is addictive. Like their umami-rich salty egg dip and fries. Meal type: Other Price per person: NT$1–200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
