It's an exaggeration. The food ordered online in the store was given directly to others. The key point is that a password is required to pick up the meal. Then the staff was negligent and we waited on site for 40 minutes. They gave our meal to others without informing them. After the customer complained, the manager said he would serve meals again, but here comes the point. I went to the scene and told the service staff that Person A went to notify the supervisor, but the supervisor directly took the meal to the counter and shouted who it was and where the gentleman was. There was no respect at all and I was dumbfounded. I stood right in front of the counter and did not apologize for your negligence. Although we got an apology meal, I really felt uncomfortable with the service attitude of the staff. It was your own staff sop's negligence today that made me wait for almost 40 minutes, and then someone else took away the meal that required a password. Having been to so many KFCs, I am very disappointed with this store in Tamsui. It is also my first time complaining about a fast food restaurant, and I will probably not go to this store again.
