The ordering system was laggy and difficult to use. I was the only customer in the store. I requested to order at the counter and was told that the ordering machine was not working smoothly. The clerk only said that there was no manpower and that I would order by myself using the ordering machine. . What an outrageous service. It is really different from the KFC service I knew before.
