During our stay in Pattaya at Health Land Resort and Spa, we visited this KFC branch near Outlet Mall Pattaya, and it turned out to be an excellent experience. The outlet is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. They have self-order touchscreens, and although the default language was Thai, the cashier immediately helped me switch to English and assisted with the ordering process. Very polite and helpful staff. We ordered crispy boneless strips, spicy boneless wings, a rice & chicken meal, chicken wraps, fries, and an egg tart (my first time trying it!). Everything was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. The spicy boneless wings were especially delicious, and the egg tart was surprisingly good. One of the best parts was the unlimited self-service drink refill station — with options like Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sprite, Fanta (including strawberry), and water. They also had unlimited chili sauce, ketchup, cutlery, and drinking water available for customers. It made the whole experience very convenient and customer-friendly. The pricing was reasonable for the quantity and quality of food served. The outlet had a calm and relaxed atmosphere with a mix of locals and international tourists. Overall, great food, smooth service, and excellent customer experience. If I visit Pattaya again, I would definitely come back here. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
