Ever since my maiden visit to Liang Khamoo Pratunam, I was instantly hooked by the flavourful braised pork trotter and other things that they have to offer. On my last day in Bangkok, I didn't want to miss this so I literally dragged their lazy butt all the way to Pratunam. Located at back alley of Pratunam technically under a bridge diagonally opposite Bangkok City Inn, spot the sign 泰国第一猪手饭 and you're there. The friendly and ever-smiling boss is always present to serve. Looking at the big boiling pot of braised pork made me famished instantly. Ordered their braised pork trotter, belly, intestines, egg and beancurd + double boiled soup because it felt so right. Broke my no-carb rule on the spot with a plate of white rice to soak in the flavorful gravy. In the end, we had to order second portion of the trotter as it was not enough the first time. At the end of the lunch, they thanked me for bringing them here. Indeed it was one of the best (if not the best) braised pork trotter in town. Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
