Have you ever thought there could be an unassuming yet delicious Western breakfast café hidden between car repair shops in Hat Yai? That’s exactly what you’ll find at KIN CHAOThe shopfront is so small you might miss it if you’re not paying attention. The open kitchen gives off a homely vibe, adding a cozy touch to your morning. The friendly owner, noticing we’re out-of-towners, kindly provided an English menu and she can spoke a little. Each dish was beautifully plated, with fresh ingredients and incredibly reasonable prices. Parking Tip: It can be tricky to park on weekends, but weekdays are a breeze. Here’s what I ordered: Truffle Mayo Sandwich I added mushrooms, and the balance of saltiness was perfect. The cheese was melty, the truffle aroma was rich, and the bread had just the right crunch. Spaghetti Tomato Sauce The homemade tomato sauce had a slight tang, paired with minced pork that was neither greasy nor heavy—a refreshing and satisfying dish. Ice Hojicha Strong roasted tea flavor, although a bit sweet for my taste, but very creamy and smooth. If you’re a fan of Hojicha, this is a must-try! Quick Tips: Parking can be a challenge on weekends, so try to visit early or go during weekdays. Pay attention to Hat Yai’s parking rules if you park on the street. Free flow of water is available. They accept Touch ’n Go payments—super convenient! Despite not having air conditioning, the shop is cool and comfortable, with a simple, cozy atmosphere. I had posted the menuon top as reference!
