Ordered food through food delivery platform before Estimated time extended from 30 minutes to 50 minutes Later, it was delayed for another 40 minutes and I had to wait for almost two hours for a meal. I called to inquire and said that the meal was ready but the platform did not assign a delivery person. But when my friend ordered a restaurant nearby, there was a delivery person on hand. Asked if we could cancel the order. The restaurant confirmed that we could cancel it ourselves. I want to know why the store didn’t contact the platform for feedback. Just return the problem to the consumers~ I read the comments and gave low scores. Some of the answers were very choked, and I was a bit afraid of being choked.
