KOBE Japanese Steakhouse offers a decent teppanyaki experience, but it falls a bit short of expectations. The menu has a good range of dishes, including steak, tempura, and cold soba, which were enjoyable. The steak cubes were tender and cooked to a nice medium-rare, while the tempura was crispy and well-fried. The iced tea with milk was visually appealing and complemented the meal well. However, the overall execution felt inconsistent. Some steak pieces were slightly overcooked, losing their juiciness, and the stir-fried vegetables lacked seasoning. The service was not bad, but it wasn’t particularly attentive either, with long wait times for refills and condiments. Given the price, I expected a more refined dining experience, but the flavors were just average. KOBE Japanese Steakhouse is not a bad choice for teppanyaki, but it doesn’t stand out. If you’re looking for a decent meal, it can satisfy your cravings, but don’t expect anything exceptional. Would I return? Maybe, but I’d consider exploring other options first.
