I was there this afternoon around 2pm. The young lady with glasses (I didn’t get her name) who was working there did an excellent job. Customer service was excellent. She was very polite. Service with a smile. She took care of everyone’s order immediately. Not a long wait at all for the food. Will definitely come back. I came to this place only because it was open late. Didn’t try the hotpot as I just wanted some cooked food, so can’t speak on the quality of the hotpot. I had the beef and mixed veggies, which was okay. The fillet chicken was horrible, the worse fried chicken I have ever had! I got the sweet n spicy sauce but also the honey sauce, the first sauce was too spicy and had no sweet flavour to counter it. The honey one, was just sickly! I felt ill just having a few bites of this fried chicken, as it was covered in sauce but also really greasy. It’s also just thick batter which wasn’t even crunchy and there was hardly any chicken. When it came to paying, I complained about the food and I asked not to pay for the chicken, as i left all of it after having a few bites. The staff had no remorse and simply didn’t care about the bad experience.
