this outlet i always see many ppl. 1st time i buy my drink here and using koi card. asked one of the staff can i use the self service kiosk to redeem my free pearls and she gave me clear steps on what to do, vy good. drink was ok, pearls was much better than the ones i had from oasis terrace outlet.
