I totally owe Koi @ CompassOne a huge thank youuuuu! The staff are always so accommodating to all my various never-ending questions. They are very knowledgeable about their products, I'm impressed! Thank you guys, it's always a pleasure to buy a BBT from you all!

visited today and was grateful for the friendly service from staff despite it being near closing hour, however the person making my drink forgot to add aloe vera topping add-on that i purchased :(

I. Have been @ compass point few time want to buy koi but I stop . finally I went in to order yesterday which 14/04/2026 .I should said a very big disappointed to me .I walk to cashier a guy point me to order from machine so i when finish order my number is 312 .correct me if I am wrong my number should be call right .but nobody call .but I seen a disappointed side of this guy staff 2 person ahead me order few and wah they are service with nice tone .I can still tell what he said first guy customer your stafft can ask politely said you need plastic bag .2nd is a lady buy 2 or 3 you staff so nice talk to her you want me to put together or how .come to one Malay lady for collection she ask only can she have bag your staff can answer very rude said there talk yourself .and my turn I did not ever know my drink ready or not and he start shout at me what number so I reply 312 he pass me drink without tell me where to talk straw and plastic .is it very low end that I buy cup .only not 3-5 cups .is that way how he treat customer or what I am angry .I really hope shop manger or in charger can talk to him .very disappointed with the service .
