Poor customer service, the drinks that i order yesterday milk tea with coconut jelly 25% sugar the drink was tasteless and I don't taste any milk tea in it. The black colour shirt did not apologise to me and never change a new drink

I placed an order through the KOI app. Even after 10–15 minutes, the app still showed my order as “preparing,” so I had to ask the staff if it was ready. The staff then checked the pile of completed orders and found that mine was already done. This means the order was ready, but the app wasn’t updated and my queue number wasn’t flashed, even though it was completed.
