The Drinks * Flat White:The microfoam was silky-smooth, poured with precision, and maintained its texture down to the last sip. The espresso profile leans toward rich, nutty, and dark-chocolate undertones with virtually no harsh acidity—comforting and expertly pulled. * Tofu Matcha Oat Milk Special: The addition of silken tofu creates a velvety, almost custard-like body that blends seamlessly into the earthy, high-grade matcha and creamy oat milk. It strikes a delicate balance—not overly sweet, subtly nutty, and textured like a light dessert in a glass. The Food * Queen Crab Meat Pasta: Generous mounds of sweet, delicate queen crab meat are folded through al dente pasta, coated in a light, glossy butter-and-herb sauce. Really nice cafe with indoor and outdoor space. Please note that some people may smoke in the outdoor area so sit indoors if you want to avoid cigarette smoke. I tried the tomato duck pasta from chef’s specials and it was amazing! Duck meat was very fresh and tender, and the tomato flavor was perfect. Do note that it takes a little while before food is served given the cafe makes it after you order. They accept cash and payme. Latte was decent, unremarkable. Price per person: $150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited Kokoni on Kei Lung Street in Sham Shui Po and ordered one of their specials: Queen crab meat pasta $138. The dish was served hot and tasted indulgent, with a generous amount of meat and crab roe, which really stood out. I liked that there was no 10% service charge. The café environment was chill, calm and quiet, making the meal feel relaxed . The main downside was convenience. There were limited payment options since they don't take cards, so I paid by PayMe. Also, water, eating utensils and extra tableware weren't served, customers need to walk up to the counter to self-serve, which may be why they don't add the service charge. On the whole, it was a great meal, just with more self-service setup. Price per person: $100–150
