Heard about this chic diner for a while and finally had the chance to visit. The airy and chic space made me forget I am in a normal side street in PingTung. I also love the open kitchen as I got to see the chef does his magic, including making the famous baguette here. We ordered two main dishes which is grilled squid and duck breast. We also ordered sweet spinach salad with onsen egg. The dishes came very quickly. I quite enjoyed the salad for its freshness and crunchy texture. The main dishes are also a delight although the portion is in the smaller side. I would suggest to order some side dishes if you have a bigger appetite. Kokos offers a selection of beverages including beer. I wish they also offer coffee though. It would be perfect if I could sip a nice cup of coffee after a good meal.
