I love kooks creamery! The cookies are soft and buttery which pairs very well with the ice cream. It is definitely a good after meal dessert. I have no issues with the food itself but the staff. I went around 920pm and the store was full. We were waiting for a table and we noticed that the big group sitting on the table has already finished their food and was gaming. However, the staff did not ask them to leave instead he asked us to do a takeaway. We were alright to wait for the next table but noticed later one of the guys gave a handshake to the same staff who told us to do a takeaway. We had a table soon after as one of the customers notice us and quickly finished their food to give us the table. Im wondering if that is the friends of the staff? It felt a little unfair. We were told off that we should tell the staff next time if we wanted the cookie seperate from the ice cream. I just felt that it wasn’t that big of a deal. There wasn’t an follow up explanation too so we were left confused

Came on a Saturday early noon and the service was fantastic, Amy was lovely and very patient with our questions. She also helped settle a billing issue promptly. Their strawberry matcha was very refreshing and we often come here for the lava cookies. Will be back!

Disappointing experience. The service attitude was poor, especially considering the premium pricing. While the ice cream flavours seemed unique, the taste did not feel so. The ambiance also left much to be desired, with inadequate ventilation and uncomfortable seating, making the overall experience less enjoyable.
